Tripoli – Directors from the General Administration for Environmental Sanitation Affairs met. They also included the Office of International Cooperation and Organizations Affairs. All are part of the Ministry of Local Governance. They held a meeting with the implementation team. The team is for the “One-Stop Shop for Citizen Services” project in municipalities. The meeting discussed updates on the project’s implementation.
The team reviewed its application experience in several municipalities. These included Central Tripoli Municipality and Abu Salim Municipality. A citizen service center also recently opened in Ghadames Municipality. This is part of the gradual expansion plan. The goal is to generalize the experience across various municipalities.
The implementation team presented a detailed overview. It covered work stages and operating mechanisms. Key achievements and existing challenges were highlighted. Future plans were also presented. These plans aim to improve performance. They also seek to enhance the quality of services provided to citizens.
