The meeting between the Libyan government, led by Prime Minister Fathi Bashagha, and the House of Representatives kicked-off today in Sirte.
Members of Bashagha’s cabinet and lawmakers are set to discuss state budget and oil sector situation.
Saleh invited to the meeting a number of key Libyan parties, including the board of directors of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the board of directors of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL). He also invited representatives of Libya’s Authority of the Administrative Control, the Audit Office and a number of House committees.
