Abdel Hamid Dbeibeh, Prime Minister of the Libyan Government of National Unity (GNU), will head to Egypt tomorrow on an official visit, according to GNU Spokesman, Mohammed Hammouda.
The visit will discuss some outstanding issues between the two countries, as well as the conclusion of agreements and a number of memoranda of understanding with the Libyan-Egyptian Supreme Committee, the Spokesman added.
It is noteworthy that Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, the Libyan National Army’s General Commander, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR), Aguila Saleh, discussed the latest developments in Libya on Tuesday with the Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, in the presence of the Egyptian Intelligence Chief, Abbas Kamel, in Cairo, according to the Egyptian Presidency.
There is no meeting with Khalifa Haftar or Aqila Saleh on the Prime Minister’s agenda , said GNU Spokesman.
