Decision regarding new administrative assignments at Sirte Sports City

Sirte – The Youth and Sports Facilities Management and Investment Company issued Administrative Resolution No. 8 for 2026. This resolution assigns administrative and technical tasks to several officials. These roles are within the Sirte Sports City. The aim is to organize work and enhance performance efficiency. This applies to facilities managed by the company.

The decision is based on several effective legislations. These include Law No. 12 of 2010 concerning labor relations. It also references previous General People’s Committee decisions. These decisions relate to the company’s establishment and operation. Furthermore, Cabinet and General Assembly resolutions are cited. These resolutions concern restructuring and board formation. The decision also considers the requirements of work interest.

Article One of the resolution assigned Saad Aqila Al-Tunisi. He will serve as Director of Sirte Sports City. Article Two assigned Al-Hadi Al-Mahdi Sweiti. He will be in charge of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Unit. This unit is also within the same Sports City.

Article Three assigned Aqila Mohammed Misbah. He will serve as Supervisor of the Sirte Sports City Stadium. This step aims to support operational aspects. It also enhances supervisory functions within the sports facility.

Article Four of the resolution confirmed its immediate effect. It takes effect from the date of its issuance. All relevant parties are obligated to implement it. They must do so according to their respective roles. This ensures smooth workflow and achievement of desired goals.

This decision is part of the company’s efforts. It aims to develop sports facility management. It also seeks to improve the level of services provided. This contributes to supporting the youth and sports sector. It helps create a suitable environment for sports activities. This applies across various Libyan cities.
