Libya records single case of COVID-19 in a week

Libya records 4322 new cases, 32 deaths of COVID-19

The National Center for Disease Control in Libya (NCDC) reported on Monday that a single case of COVID-19 has been recorded between the 13th and 19th of February, marking 1.08 percent of the infection rate. 4 people recovered in the same reporting period.

The total recorded COVID-19 cases in Libya have reached more than 507,000 since the start of the pandemic, while over 49,000 of which have recovered, according to the NCDC.

The virus has claimed the lives of 6,437 people in total. Over two million people received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while over one million were fully vaccinated with two doses.
