The Libyan House of Representatives (HoR) votet on Tuesday to exclude the High Council of State (HCS) from recommending a new prime minister.
The House set a condition that each candidate for the position of prime minister must be recommended by 25 HoR members.
HoR also stressed that the candidate pledge not to run for the upcoming elections, and that the files of the candidates for prime minister position should be submitted next Monday.
The House of Representatives suspended its session by adopting 12 conditions for running for the position of Prime Minister, as the conditions were presented by the Road Map Committee in the executive track.
