The Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO), an oil company based in Benghazi and subsidy of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), announced a plan to convert the HH59-65 well, currently classified as an “observation well” and located in the Masla oil field, into a producing well after a hiatus of two years and eight months.
In particular, the well has started production with a capacity of 2.1 thousand barrels of oil per day, with an associated water percentage of 3 percent.
