The Deputy President of the Libyan Presidential Council, Abdullah al-Lafi, discussed with the French ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Maharaj, ways to create a suitable environment for holding free and transparent elections.

The meeting also touched on the efforts of the Presidential Council in the national reconciliation project, and paving the way for success for the inclusive national conference.
