Chairman of Libyan the National Oil Corporation, Mustafa Sanalla, has urged Akakus Oil Operations Company to carry out the necessary maintenance operations for the oil transmission pipelines.
Sanalla also directed the company to dive into the technical problems facing the company and finding quick solutions in consultation with the competent departments of the Corporation, to ensure the achievement of the Corporation’s objectives related to the continuity of Production operations and raising its rates in support of the national economy, according to a statement by the National Oil Corporation.
This came during a meeting of Sanalla, today, Sunday, at the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation in Tripoli, with the Chairman of the Operator Management Committee of Akakos Company Issam Al-Bashti, and members of the Company’s Management Committee.
NOC said the meeting was devoted to following up and discussing the company’s strategy and general activity, and the problems and obstacles that prevent the completion of its work and the achievement of some of its objectives and appropriate solutions.
