Tobruk – The Libyan Red Crescent announced the recovery of four bodies. This action followed reports from Al-Khather Police Station and Al-Qardhabiya Center. It was determined that the bodies belonged to a vessel previously rescued.
The Red Crescent stated its teams in Tobruk mobilized. They coordinated with search and rescue teams. These teams are part of the General Administration for Coastal Security. They carried out the recovery operations. The operations occurred under difficult conditions.
Teams demonstrated high professionalism and responsibility. This work was part of their humanitarian duty. The Red Crescent confirmed the bodies were transported. They were handed over to the medical center morgue. This is for completing necessary legal and medical procedures.
