The Speaker of the Libyan Parliament Aqila Saleh and the Head of the High Council of State Khalid al-Mishri have agreed on changing heads of sovereign positions and unifying the government before the end of next January, as came in a press conference the two officials held Friday in Rabat, Morocco.
