Sirte – The Electoral Administration Office held a preparatory meeting on Monday. This was part of the High National Elections Commission’s preparations for the Sirte municipal election polling day.
The meeting focused on the security plan for the day of the vote. It emphasized the effective implementation of the security plan. This will be achieved through joint coordination among all municipal security agencies. The goal is to ensure the electoral process runs smoothly and safely.
Attendees affirmed these preparations aim to ensure a fair and secure election. They also seek to enhance coordination between all concerned parties. This will provide a secure electoral environment for citizens.
The meeting was attended by Khaled Miftah Al-Mabrouk, head of the Electoral Administration Office. Other attendees included Administrative and Financial Affairs Coordinator Ali Farhat Al-Mahdi, and Security Coordinator Brigadier Al-Salihin Atbiga. Also present were Brigadier Miftah Ali Al-Dabbar from the Sirte Security Directorate, Colonel Ezz El-Din Mohammed Daryaq, Head of the General Investigations Office, Lieutenant Colonel Ezz El-Din Omran Ibrahim, Head of the Election Security Sub-Chamber, and Captain Omar Faraj Karkara.
