UN envoy to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, on Sunday reiterated his call on Libyan leaders to engage in dialogue for holding elections.
“I reiterate my call on Libyan leaders to prioritize the needs of their people above all else. Let us come together, engage in constructive dialogue, and make the promise of elections a reality,” Bathily said on X.
“The time to act is now. Seize the opportunity to unite, build confidence and pave the way for a brighter future for all Libyans,” he added.
