Benghazi – The Anti-Illegal Migration Agency, Greater Benghazi Branch, announced the deportation of 18 illegal Egyptian migrants.
A statement from the agency, published on its official Facebook page on Monday, indicated that among those deported were three individuals against whom deportation orders had been issued by the Public Prosecution.
The agency explained that this operation is part of its ongoing efforts to curb the phenomenon of illegal migration and to ensure the safe and humane return of migrants to their home countries, in implementation of the instructions of the head of the agency, Major General Salah Mahmoud al-Khafiqi.
