The Libyan National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced recording 599 cases of COVID-19, including 129 critical cases, and 8 deaths.
632 people have recovered from the disease, NCDC said in a statement on Wednesday.
This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in Libya since the emergence of the pandemic to 395,069, including 6,784 active cases, 382,472 recoveries, and 5,813 deaths, according to NCDC.
1,941,926 people have received the first dose of vaccine against COVID-19, while 922,275 have received the second dose, the Center’s statement added.
