Al-Asabaa | Employee referred to the judiciary after forging 7 family records

Al-Asabaa – The Public Prosecution has filed a public lawsuit against an employee of the Civil Registry Office. He is accused of forging seven family records for seven foreign nationals. The foreigners used these documents to obtain twenty national numbers for their family members. After investigations concluded, the Public Prosecution referred the accused employee to the judiciary. He is currently in pretrial detention as legal proceedings begin.
