Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, and Presidential Council chairman Mohamed Al-Menfi discussed on Thursday government spending and support for elections during a meeting at the cabinet office in Tripoli.
According to a statement by Dbeibeh’s media office, the two also talked about support for Libyan municipalities.
