The Executive Director of the Derna Reconstruction Fund, Belqassem Khalifa Haftar, and Prime Minister of parliament-backed government, Osama Hammad, conducted a site inspection to review progress on rehabilitation of the city’s main university.
According to a statement by the Fund, Belqassem Haftar underscored the need to complete the work “within the established timetable, while maintaining the required quality in accordance with the latest specifications.”
