Prime Minister of the Libyan government, Osama Hammad, met Saturday with the Speaker of the House of Representatives(HoR), Aguila Saleh, in the presence of the Director General of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund, Bil-Qasim Haftar, and the Chairman of the Reconstruction and Stabilization Committee, Hatem Al-Araibi.
The Prime Minister and HoR Speaker, during the meeting held in the city of Qobba, discussed a number of files, most notably the general budget and its approval by the HoR, in addition to stressing the necessity of providing the people’s needs, represented in food, medicine and electricity.
