Prime Minister of the Libyan government, Osama Hammad, met Saturday with the Speaker of the House of Representatives(HoR), Aguila Saleh, in the presence of the Director General of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund, Bil-Qasim Haftar, and the Chairman of the Reconstruction and Stabilization Committee, Hatem Al-Araibi.
