The French Ambassador to Libya, Mustafa Mihraje, met with Mohamed El-Haddad, Chief of Staff in the Western Region.
“I was pleased to meet Lieutenant General Muhammad al-Haddad, Chief of Staff of the National Unity Government forces,” the French ambassador said via Twitter.
Mustafa Maharaj added, “We discussed the prospects for unifying the armed forces and stabilizing Libya.”
