Benghazi – The Women’s Office at the General Command has mourned the death of Major General Fawzi Al-Mansouri, director of military intelligence, who was killed in a terrorist attack.
Aisha Al-Barghathi, head of the Women’s Office, expressed deep sadness over Al-Mansouri’s death and praised his dedication to serving the nation and supporting security and stability.
Al-Barghathi stated that terrorist acts would not hinder the state’s institutions from strengthening security and stability. She voiced support for ongoing efforts to investigate the incident and hold those responsible accountable.
She also backed the decision to form an investigative committee led by Deputy Commander General Saddam Haftar to clarify the circumstances of the attack. Al-Barghathi expressed confidence that reconstruction and development in Benghazi would continue.
