UN envoy to Libya, Abdoulaye Bathily, met on Monday with the General Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, in Benghazi, according to Bathily.
They agreed on the need to finalize the draft electoral laws by 6+6 committee, and create conducive conditions for inclusive national elections in Libya, Bathily said in a statement.
