The General Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, held talks in Benghazi on Tuesday with Russia’s Deputy Defense Minister Junus-Bek Evkurov.
Citing unnamed source in Benghazi, Italian news agency Nova reported that Evkurov and Haftar discussed military cooperation and training with the LNA.
