Khaled Al-Mishri, Head of the Tripoli-based High Council of State (HCS), held a meeting on Sunday with the heads of committees of the Council at his residence in Tripoli.
The meeting was devoted to discussing the most important current political files in the country, HCS said in a statement.
The head of the Electoral Laws Preparation Committee gave a full briefing on the work of the joint committee for preparing electoral laws in the Moroccan city of Abuznika and the mechanism it followed in completing its tasks.
The next steps leading to the electoral achievement were also reviewed, according to the statement.
