Istanbul – Dr. Mahmud Elforjani, Director-General of the National Development Agency, met with Istanbul Governor Davut Gül at the Governor’s Palace upon a special invitation to discuss avenues of cooperation in facility management, utilities, and urban planning.
The meeting addressed mechanisms for exchanging expertise in the operation of public facilities and the improvement of services. It also included a review of the Istanbul Governorate’s experiences in planning and infrastructure organization.
Both parties emphasized the importance of establishing technical communication channels to follow up on joint work opportunities, aiming to develop future projects that serve mutual interests and enhance institutional cooperation.
