The Libyan House of Representatives (HoR) Spokesman, Abdullah Bleihiq, said the Roadmap Committee formed by the House met Sunday with the heads of committees of the Tripoli-based High Council of State (HCS).
The meeting dealt with the committee’s tasks, goal and mechanism of action.
The attendees indicated in a press briefing that talks at this stage of the meetings would be based on the constitutional track, in consultation with all parties in a way that expands the base of participation to reach consensus as soon as possible.
HCS heads of the committees welcomed the step, provided that what was dealt with in the meeting is presented to their council to take the required measures.
