The Libyan House of Representatives (HoR) suspended its session on Monday without withdrawing confidence from the Government of National Unity (GNU) by the majority of HoR members due to absence of quorum.
Committees will be formed to communicate with GNU and review its work, and to discuss the parliamentary elections law during the next session.
It is noteworthy that today’s session kicked off with discussing the request presented by 45 HoR members to withdraw confidence from GNU, headed by Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh.
