The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) conducted a four-day training in First Aid (FA) & basics of IHL for a group of officers from various military units in Benghazi, Libya.
At the conclusion of the training, a FA kit containing basic supplies was handed over to the trainees to be used during emergencies, according to ICRC in Libya.
