The Derna branch of the Agency for Combating Illegal Migration received 120 illegal migrants of various nationalities, as part of the ongoing cooperation between the Agency, the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, and other security agencies.
The handover was conducted through the Naval Special Forces, in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures against them and their deportation in accordance with established regulations. The nationalities received include: Bangladesh, Yemen, Sudan, Egypt, Somalia, and Pakistan.
This measure is part of the Agency’s efforts to curb illegal immigration and enhance security and stability in coastal areas.
