The Vice President of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi, announced that all existing leading bodies in the country are legally expired.
Al-Lafi said in televised statements: “There must be one president for all of Libya.”
“The real beginning in Libya must be the success of national reconciliation,” he added.
