The Libyan National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced the registration of 1,499 new cases and 11 deaths of COVID-19.
1598 people have recovered from COVID-19, NCDC said in a statement on Wednesday.
This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in Libya to 319,568, including 82,601 active cases, 232,593 recoveries, and 4,374 deaths, since the pandemic spread in the country in March of last year, according to NCDC.
