Libya’s army chief Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar convened a high-level security meeting on Saturday to discuss operations and plans within cities and along the country’s borders.
Attendees included army chiefs of staff, directors of administrative departments at the General Command headquarters, and security agency heads, according to the accompanying caption.
The meeting, which was held in Benghazi, focused on reviewing the progress of unit activities and monitoring security strategies inside cities and border areas, officials said.
