Libyan Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush and Head of the country’s Audit Bureau Khaled Shakshak discussed together in Tripoli today spending framework of the foreign ministry and regulating select procedures for diplomats representing Libya overseas, according to a statement by the ministry.
The two also talked about Libya’s foreign debts caused by government’s delay to reimburse hospitals abroad for treatment of Libyan patients who benefit from the country’s nationalized health system.
