Benghazi – A training course was held this Thursday evening at the Martyr Miftah Bouzid Training Hall in the Libyan News Agency on the occasion of World Mother and Child Day. The course was presented by trainer and human development expert Siham Al-Barasi, attended by a number of trainees, and was organized and supervised by the 166 Project for Training and Development.
In an exclusive statement to the Libyan News Agency, trainer Siham Al-Barasi said: “Today, we organized a lecture titled ‘Emotional Management: Greater Awareness and Less Anxiety,’ which included practical aspects on how to deal with emotions in family and professional settings, while enhancing full awareness of what is happening around us.”
Al-Barasi added that the lecture addressed knowing when to seek advice from a psychological counselor or a close friend to act as a mediator and guide, noting that the organization of this lecture coincided with International Men’s Day and World Children’s Day.
The trainer continued: “We presented a special segment on how to support children of determination, taking into account their different disabilities and the specifics of each case.”
The lecture concluded with the presentation of certificates of participation to the trainees, accredited by the management of the 166 Project for Training and Development.
