BENGHAZI – The Libyan Investment Authority (LIA), the country’s sovereign wealth fund, hired Mousa Al-Hasan Attiq, on June 13th to be the new general manager of the Libyan Foreign Investment Company (LAFICO), according to an LIA document seen by Libya Update.
