Libya’s Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush spoke on the phone yesterday with her Italian counterpart Luigi Di Maio to discuss “bilateral cooperation” and “follow-up to the Stabilisation Conference”, according to the Italian foreign ministry.
Both top diplomats emphasized that “Libyan ownership is key for the success of the transition,” the Italian ministry said in a brief tweet.
