Mohamed Al-Menfi, chairman of Libya’s Presidential Council, held talks today the French President’s Special Envoy to Libya, Paul Soler, at the council’s office in Tripoli.
During the meeting, at which French Ambassador to Libya Mustafa Maharaj was also present, Menfi and Soler discussed “the migration crisis, border security, and the results of 6 + 6 Committee’s work in addition to security and military cooperation and the economic track,” according to a statement by the council.
