The High Council of State (HCS) will hold a session tomorrow during which its chairman Khaled Al-Mishri will brief the council on his upcoming meeting with Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, said Naema Al-Hami, a member of the council.
Al-Hami said that the sessions will be dedicated for consultations on the constitutional basis for the elections, and no decisions will come out from it.
