The Libyan Parliament Member, Aisha al-Tubalqi, said pressure of the international community and the Presidential Council may contribute to overcoming the differences between the Parliament and the State Council to agree on the constitutional basis for Libya elections.
Al-Tubalqi said, in televised statements, that the constitutional rule – according to the political agreement – is at the heart of the specializations of the Parliament and the State Council, but since the two bodies have not reached an agreement yet, international pressure and the pressure of the Presidential Council can lead to a result.
