Sirte – The National Development Agency has officially handed over the sites for the Qasr Al-Zafaran government complex and the International Equestrian Track projects in Sirte to the Italian company ROCK. Kamal Suleiman, Director of Strategic Projects at the Agency, held a technical meeting with representatives from ROCK to complete all administrative and technical procedures.
During the meeting, the final blueprints and engineering plans were reviewed and approved. The company also received the survey results and required technical and geotechnical tests. With these steps, work on the projects will begin according to the highest engineering and technical standards.
The Agency described Qasr Al-Zafaran and the International Equestrian Track as major new strategic projects in Sirte. These initiatives are part of a comprehensive vision to upgrade the city’s infrastructure, improve key service and sports facilities, and promote urban development.
The Agency emphasized its commitment to partnering with international firms with strong expertise to ensure the quality and timely completion of major projects in line with global best practices.
