Media Office of the Libyan Prime Minister-designate, Fathi Bashagha, said the consultations regarding the formation of the government are ongoing in a smooth and effective manner without any obstacles.
The cabinet line-up will be submitted to the House of Representatives (HoR) to gain confidence on its scheduled date, before the end of the period specified in the designation resolution, according to the Office.
The cabinet will take into account the standards of competence, capacity and comprehensive national participation.
