NOC, Eni evaluate construction of solar plant in southern Libya

TRIPOLI – The Italian energy company Eni is considering the construction of a solar power plant to provide electricity to the city of Rabiana, in the southern Libyan region of Fezzan, the country’s state-owned National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced on Friday.
