Photos show Colonel Saddam Khalifa Haftar and Commander of 166 Battalion Mohamed al-Hussan on a tour with maintenance engineers at the sites of water tanks of the Man-Made River project (MMR) in al-Shuweirif town, which were secured by the Military Joint Committee in order to ensure the flow of water to all cities.
