Al-Sarir – The Arabian Gulf Oil and Gas Manufacturing Company launched the second phase of its “We Think for Tomorrow” initiative. This phase involves afforesting 30 hectares. The planting is around the Nafoura oil field. This builds on the first phase.
The initial phase covered 20 hectares. The initiative aims to improve vegetation cover. It seeks to reduce environmental impacts from oil activities. It promotes ecological balance.
It enhances local climate quality. This aligns with the National Oil Corporation’s directives. These directives focus on environmental responsibility. They also support sustainable development.
