Tripoli – The General Administration for Coastal Security rescued 52 irregular migrants. They were stranded at sea. The rescue took place off the coast of Qarabulli. The administration issued a statement.
The migrants were rescued by the crew of boat 1201. They hold Sudanese and Somali nationalities. All legal procedures were taken against them.
They were handed over to the Anti-Illegal Migration Agency. This agency is located east of Tripoli.
