The 5+5 Joint Military Committee, a structure composed of five members representing Libya’s warring parties, is in Tunis to begin a new series of talks about expelling foreign forces from the country, according to media reports.
General Khairy Al-Tamimi, a member of the committee, told Al Arabiya news channel that the meeting in Tunis is a continuation of the meetings held in Cairo three weeks ago. Therefore, the interlocutors will discuss implementing what they have agreed on in Cairo, which has not been publicly disclosed yet.
