Abdel Aaty reaffirmed Egypt’s firm support for Libya’s unity and stability. He stressed the importance of safeguarding Libya’s territorial integrity and unifying national institutions.
Abdel Aaty emphasized the need for a comprehensive political settlement through an exclusively Libyan-led process. He called for simultaneous presidential and parliamentary elections at the earliest possible opportunity.
The minister welcomed ongoing United Nations, international, and American efforts led by Boulos to resolve the Libyan crisis and advance the political process toward stability.
