Al-Keylani Follows Up on Social Solidarity Fund Plan and Affirms Development of Services for People with Disabilities

Tripoli – The headquarters of the General Authority for the Social Solidarity Fund hosted a meeting on Tuesday attended by GNU Minister of Social Affairs Wafaa Al-Keylani, Chairman of the Authority’s Management Committee Mustafa Al-Jaibi, committee members, and several department directors.

The meeting discussed the progress of work and the level of performance within the Authority. Participants also reviewed the strategic plan for the second half of 2026, including programs and projects aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing the quality of services provided to targeted groups.

Minister Al-Keylani emphasized the importance of doubling efforts and working as a unified team to achieve the set goals. She stressed the need to develop and upgrade services offered to people with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met and their quality of life is improved. This approach aligns with the ministry’s objectives to strengthen social protection and reinforce the principles of justice and community inclusion.

The minister also highlighted the importance of continuous monitoring of performance indicators and addressing challenges or obstacles that may affect workflow. She noted that these efforts would help raise service quality, achieve better results, and enhance the Authority’s role in fulfilling its humanitarian and social mission for beneficiaries.
