The Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union has awarded the Parliamentary Excellence Award to Abdullah Al-Masry Al-Fadil, the Libyan House of Representatives’ Chief of Staff, the Libyan parliament said in a statement.
The award celebrates “effective parliamentary development and developing professional performance in line with the fields of parliamentary knowledge,”according to the parliament’s statement.
The award ceremony took place on Sunday at the closing of the 32nd Conference of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union in Cairo
